Why Is Excercise Important?

Exercise has many benefits for people’s overall health. Some examples of these benefits are:

  • You will become stronger and build lean muscle mass. 


  • Anytime you decrease your body fat you increase your overall blood health.

 

  • It's a great way to prevent obesity, mild-moderate depression, Alzheimer's, A.D.D., and any type of cardiovascular or metabolic disorders. 


  • Once you feel stronger, set goals, and achieve them, it sets you on a good trajectory of keeping that same momentum. 


  • Exercise can improve one’s memory, focus, behavior, and ability to sleep.


  • Exercise, especially cardio, have been shown to help your brain to create new neurons.


  • Exercise can help build one’s self-esteem, leadership, and social skills.
