Mental Health Facts


  • Regular exercise can treat mild-moderate depression. Studies have shown that exercising regularly is as effective as taking an antidepressant medication.


  • Exercise can also help prevent Alzheimer's disease because one is increasing cognitive function and learning new skills. Exercise can help reduce cognitive decline.
