Huge correlation! Exercise is known to enhance feel-good chemicals (endorphins), such as dopamine and serotonin. During exercise these endorphins become more regulated, improving one’s concentration, thoughts, and mood. For this reason, exercising regularly can help those with A.D.D. and mild-moderate depression.
